Account Login Instructions
If you Login directly to your Email at https://websitesmail.att.com with a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, AOL Browser or Firefox these instructions apply and you do not need to change any settings.
Your User Name is the same as your prior AT&T Account Username, but WITH, "@oleanderpointe.com" or "@opca.us" after Your Name.
Either type websitesmail.att.com into the address bar on your internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome to go to the Email Login page for both @oleanderpointe.com or @opca.us Email accounts.

You should see the AT&T Logo Followed by Website Solutions, below that you should see Email and Sign in with your AT&T Web Mail account:Type in your Email Address including "@oleanderpointe.com or "@opca.us" depending on which OP Email address you have and your Password and Click on Login.
Email Account Settings for Email Clients and Devices such as Smart Phones or Tablets
The following directions ONLY apply to those who are using Email software like Outlook, Thunderbird or other Email Clients or Devices with built in Email Clients.
They DO NOT apply if you Login directly to your Email account with a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox at https://websitesmail.att.com .
In Account Settings Setup Account as IMAP.

If you are setting up a NEW Email account on an Email client such as Outlook, be
sure to click the Icon for your Email Client on the top row under "Setup Windows
Applications".
If you are changing the settings on an account you have already set up on an
Email client such as Outlook, be sure to click the Icon for your Email Client on
the second row under "Check Windows Applications".
If you are setting up a NEW Email account on a smart phone or other devive, be
sure to click the Icon for your device under Mobile Devices".
If you are changing the Email settings on a smart phone or other devive which
you have already set up an Email account, use your device "Settings" on your
phone or tablet, bring up your existing Email account to edit the settings.
(Clicking on the Icon for your device under Mobile Devices may be helpful in
editing an existing account).
Be sure you use and enter the exact information from the Email Account Settings
for Email Clients and Devices such as Smart Phones or Tablets, above and not the
sample information in the pictures.
Before calling AT&T check to see if you can log-in to your Email Account directly through the Email Links at the top of this page and test if you can send or receive Email. If you can the problem is with your Email Client or Portable Device do not contact AT&T.
